Task
Tim led the strategic advisory and sales engagement to source the Orgvue platform and reframe the function from a small support team to a critical enterprise workforce management and organizational agility capability.
Action
Tim positioned the function to deliver enterprise org design work in weeks rather than months, against the bank’s prior manual cycle times, by structuring an advisory engagement combining organizational visioning, platform fit, and capability roadmap design. The Orgvue platform brought published efficiency benchmarks the team could plan against: roughly 50% reduction in modeling time, six months of manual role mapping compressed into six days of AI-powered analysis, and decision cycles in weeks that previously took months.
